Checker play
Well first of all, I should really have been thinking about doubling here. I have plenty of numbers that point on white's head as well as all the loose hits where I dont get hit back which are pretty close to market losers.

As for the checker blunder, I should be pounding that back checker but since I got one of the only rolls that doesn't allow me to do that , what should I be doing?? The answer is... just about anything other than what I did.
A simple 8/3 8/2 would of been fine. By running a back checker I pretty much let white back into the game. There are plenty of numbers that hit me and cover and white doesn't have many numbers that miss and a three point board. I was thinking if I just survive this shot I can race home. Kind of a "pay now or pay later" when there was really no reason at all to start paying.
Key points to remember: When there is no reason to leave yourself open... dont! Try not to weaken a solid position by running on a wing and a prayer.
