Checker play
Go for Gammons
There are times to get greedy and this is a great roll to do that. playing safe gets you a few more wins but playing greedy gets you a LOT more gammons which is nice since I have already doubled. Here the shift is the way to go by putting two on the bar and getting ready to hit the third. This is a mistake I dont want to make again, especially after I took a bad 4cube after a miraculous turnaround.
Key to remember: Once that cube is turned those gammons are worth a lot so you should keep them in mind. Putting two of your opponents checkers on the bar by shifting your inner board is often correct even if you have to break up a prime.
